Returns
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received it - unused and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cross stitch patterns and charts (due to copyright and intellectual property protection)
- sales and clearance items
- custom, personalized, or special-order items
- opened kits
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at create@shakerboxstitchery.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
